Carrying out Updation and monitoring Daily Status / Maintenance forecast.
Update Aircraft Maintenance system with work order.
Distribution Aircraft Status Report.
Preparation of customized maintenance task cards based on Approved Aircraft Maintenance programme and implementation of the same for effective planning and maintenance activities,
Ensure all schedule maintenance works are being carried out on or before time, through regular monitoring of aircraft inspection & component status.
Preparation of documents for issue / renewal of Certificate of Airworthiness, Certificate of Registration, Airworthiness Review Certificate, Airmobile license & Noise Certificate of aircraft.
Review Work Order completed for completeness correctness and compliance.
Track completed Aircraft Technical logbook, review for correctness and completeness, request corrections if applicable
Control of logbooks and History Cards related to Aircraft, Engine, and Propeller Components.
Management of Technical Records Archive.
Updating Airworthiness Directives, Services Bulletins and Service Information Letters from regulatory authority, manufacturers, and make compilation list.
Prepare upcoming maintenance by monitoring TBO for coordination of material and forecasting.
Prepare Work orders by monitoring upcoming check.

Set-up and manage CNC machine to perform different jobs including drilling, grinding and milling.
Translate engineering drawing and requirements into dimension and production.
Ensure the cnc operators are operating machines as per the instruction and guidelines of the company.
Oversee the machines while they execute the task and make the necessary changes to produce improved results.
Check the functioning of machine on daily basis to guarantee the safety of operator and functionality of machines.
