Responsible for all activities related to the region in terms of Rental operations, Leasing and Sales. In addition to day to day operations like after sales and working closely with marketing department and other departments in order to make sure delivering the right service to our clients and maintaining profitability of the region.

As General Manager- operation of the Company my duties & responsibilities are as follow
• Manage all business units within the set business plan of the
company
• Decide and chose the opportunity of investment the company
could accommodate in all business units
• Prepare cost control budget for all business units
• Set sales and action plan and follow up implementation
• Execute the set plans within the budget and time specified
• To research special supplies and sub-contracts and make
appropriate recommendations
• Promote and enhance sales of all business units
• To use the resources in an economic cost and effective
manner, to control outputs
• Control accounts and finance and make sure collections are
in line with company’s policy
• Prepare payment certificates for all suppliers and vendors
• To liaise with the concerned departments to achieve set goals
and targets
Safari Motors Company is a part of Safari Group of Companies. Safari Motors is the sole Agent of Skoda and Seat Cars in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and was established in 1996.
In my capacity as the General Manager -Sales, I took the charge of all activities and issues related to enhancement and development of Sales Department and Sales personal in the Kingdom.
Duties and responsibilities:-
Setting sales strategies, plans, and budgets.
Establishing, Enhancing, and Managing Re-seller's network.
Designing and implementing effective sales schemes in collaboration with Marketing and Finance departments.
Maintaining profitability levels and customer satisfaction standards.
Establishing and Managing Used Cars Sales Department.
Continuously improving Collection Department practices to improve receivables collections.
Planning Car orders based on proper market forecast.
Collaborating with after-sales department to ensure customer satisfaction.
-In-charge of Business Development processes to improve the productivity of sales department.
-Maintaining a strong relationship between General Motors and the four major dealers in K.S.A: Al Jomaih, Universal Motors Agencies, Alissa and Balubaid.
-Improving the market intelligence and competition activities.
-Enhancing the product image in all areas.
-Liaising with major dealers by trading closely with their clients and fleet sales department.
-Establishing the overall GM Fleet dealership management to develop fleet sales in the region.
-Planning weekly, monthly and annual sales activities to ensure maximum sales productivity.
-Designing and implementing growth strategies to increase the sales volume.
-Organizing promotional campaigns in the showrooms and promote new car sales in the region.
-Handling and Managing budgets with respect to expenses, running cost, staffing level, and profitability.
-Launching the fleet leasing programs for new and pre-owned vehicles.
-Recruiting sales personnel.
-Supervising the showrooms to ensure an impressive and representative image of the company.
-Liaising with all department heads to maintain customer satisfaction.
-Acquiring corporate and individual accounts.
-Arranging funds through partners and banks to finance business projects.
-Forecasting the full budget expenses.
-Designing costs reduction strategies to achieve maximum profitability.
-Training staff on practicing business etiquette.
-Developing business plans with emphasis on organizational structure, compensation, incentives, and sales tools.
-Setting up branch offices in the Kingdom.
-Handling a fleet of 2800 vehicles.
-Instituting profitability through rental/leasing, long term deals with customers as well as carrying out the Limousine Services activities.
-Carrying out negotiations of purchases with the dealers and distributors.
-Monitoring the daily activities in the sales, parts, and maintenance departments to maintain operational efficiency.
