- Access to the good reputation customers to rely them expanding customer’s list and sales development. - Follow- up and daily meetings with decision makers based on flexible visits plan in order to keep them satisfied “CSI”. - Preparation of monthly and annually orders based on our target, customers preferences and market situation and identify quantities and colors. - Follow- up and coordination with the other regions and support departments (spare parts, maintenance, credit department, accounts) to meet all customers’ trends. - Provide alternative credit solutions in order to avoid obstacles (to facilitate the sales process). - Debts collection on time and concern to increase the credit limits for the customers who are committed. - Co-ordinate with the other regions, warehouses and transportation companies in order to delivery properly on time. - Resolve all customers’ problems immediately with commitment to the highest standards of customer’s satisfaction along with appropriate my company policies and benefits.
- Leading sales team towards the company objectives, and achieve sales target.
- Making smooth order flow via a good communication.
- Co-ordinate with the other regions & branches to solve stock availability problems.
- Dealing with all finance and leasing companies and car suppliers also.
- Preparing monthly & annually sales plans.
- participate of annual department budget.
- Responsibility for implementing sales plans and strategies.
- Regularly training for the new staff.
- Updating sales team with current market information.
