• Excellent PC software skills that includes knowledge and experience in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Preparing reports, memos and handling all correspondence.
• Typed reports, organized paperwork, photocopied and faxed

 Responsible for all vehicle registration and insurances and their renewal.
 Coordinate with administration and ensure to update personnel files and scheduling leave plan for employees as required.
