• Identification of human resources senior management needs to take the approval and adoption so and then do the recruitment and appointment procedures and the provision of documents and the processing of employment contracts in accordance with the policies and systems and regulations of the institution.
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• conducting and analyzing exit interviews.
• Receive curriculum vitae (CV) from applicants for all job titles and classifying them in a professional manner that makes them accessible when needed, adding in the database.
• Communicate with candidates and recruiting agencies.
