• Follow up the implementation of employment plans to determine the requirements of human resources in accordance with the system of selection and appointment.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Evaluate employee performance through the set models from the responsibility for it and writing reports about the efficiency and effectiveness of employees.
• The application of the policies and procedures contained in the Policy and Procedures Manual compatible with the Saudi labor on all employees of the company / endowment and interpretation systems by senior management trends.
• Meeting periodically with subordinates to follow up on the progress of work and study developments and take appropriate action.
• Oversee the renewal of residencies and exit visas and return operations and to ensure the provision of housing, social security and health insurance for employees.
• Procedures and policies to ensure the presence and the departure of staff and exchange financial dues and under which licenses withdrawn by them.
• Identification of human resources senior management needs to take the approval and adoption so and then do the recruitment and appointment procedures and the provision of documents and the processing of employment contracts in accordance with the policies and systems and regulations of the institution.
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• conducting and analyzing exit interviews.
• Receive curriculum vitae (CV) from applicants for all job titles and classifying them in a professional manner that makes them accessible when needed, adding in the database.
• Communicate with candidates and recruiting agencies.
