3. Technical Support Representative: Taking inbound calls for clients Dell. Giving resolutions to the customer issues which could be either related to the hardware i.e. laptops/portables for Dell and it's parts and accessories or software i.e. issues related with windows (browser, registry, etc.) or the client applications (antivirus, system recovery tools, office suite, etc.)
