● Takes in and processes all of the daily time sheets for field and office staff, prepares them for monthly payroll entry and coordinated salary wages recordsfunctions for 70+ employees and salary disbursement as well.
● Managing and pre-audit petty cash transactions, processes payments and documents such as invoices, journal vouchers, employee reimbursements, and statements.
● Verifies items billed against items ordered and received and reconciles differences.
● Maintains accounting databases; Enters, updates, and/or retrieves accounting data from automated systems.
● Work with many different clients, across multiple business sectors and in several areas; Audit, Accounting, Business Consulting and financial services.
