Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing collection of documents from 8 branches situated in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam to process collected documents, get approvals, and save them in DMS System for future usage and references.
• Maintained archive of documents received for goods on the port and confirming their receipt by customers.
• Acting as first point of contact between the bank and customers, interfacing with them to listen to as well as solve their problems in collection area, and providing management suggestions to overcome the issues faced.
• Responsible for management of daily approvals for collections related to IBG, CBG, and IFG while working in collaboration with the Risk Management Team, checking documents, and releasing them for customers’ usage.
• Supervising performance of branch service representatives while offering suggestions for improvement to accomplish optimum productivity and high quality customer service delivered for various banking functions.
• Reviewing cash balances to minimize risk exposure, overcome any excessive cash problems faced, and generate reports on overall banking operations.
• Authorizing transactions within assigned limits with respect to each banking instrument along with supporting vouches for validation and correctness to avoid unnecessary bottlenecks in banking transactions.
• Ensuring internal control procedures placed by senior management of the bank have been fully implemented and adhered to while reporting bank to the head quarters.
