• Formulates and proposes a vision, strategy and business plan for Retail so as to establish, centralize, and grow the business while limiting risk.

• Advertises and promotes bank services and products so customers and potential customers are aware of the bank offer, and to differentiate the bank and its services in the market place.
• Leads the smooth running of retail banking operations so as to meet customer needs and generate profits for the bank.
• Develops and ensures delivery of high quality call center services so that customers can access the full range of bank services and products.
• Shares Experience across the bank network so that other areas benefit from learning gained through the development and implementation of new initiatives.
• credit approval of the cases exceeds branch manager's limit.
• Leading the Review & controlling credit unit .
• Adds value as a member of the Area’s executive team, advising on retail issues as needed.
• Member of ALCO.
