Branch Manager
• Formulates and proposes a vision, strategy and business plan for Retail so as to establish, centralize, and grow the business while limiting risk.
• Develops the Retail organization structure to deliver the strategy, recruits and builds the Retail team so it has the number and caliber of staff needed to achieve business plans.
• Leads and motivates staff so that they meet and exceed Department plans.
• Develops team members and provides training for staff in the branches so they are capable of delivering a sales and customer focused service.

• Advertises and promotes bank services and products so customers and potential customers are aware of the bank offer, and to differentiate the bank and its services in the market place.
• Leads the smooth running of retail banking operations so as to meet customer needs and generate profits for the bank.
• Develops and ensures delivery of high quality call center services so that customers can access the full range of bank services and products.
• Shares Experience across the bank network so that other areas benefit from learning gained through the development and implementation of new initiatives.
