MEP Manager ( Project & Engineering ) for EPC order valued at 500 Million USD from Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (KAHRAMAA) for supply and construction of thirteen extra high voltage (EHV) substations in Qatar. The contract encompasses design and construction of civil buildings with a complete set of utilities such as air conditioning, fire protection, lighting systems, Plumbing etc.
In charge of complete MEP site installation works.
Review of Tender Documents.
Preparation of Costing Sheets.
Preparation of Commercial Offers and Quotations.
Techno Commercial discussions with Clients and Consultants.
Preparation of Sales order in SAP.
Creating the Job in SAP.
Project Scheduling in MS Projects.
Enquiry generation and Price negotiation with major suppliers.
Quantity Estimation and creation of Purchase request in SAP.
Controlled and monitored the various subcontractors for MEP, Fire Fighting and Plumbing works.
Project Management and Job Cost Analysis.
Preparation and certification of Commercial Invoices by Consultants.
Preparation of Account Statement and Payment follow-ups.
Monitored the quality of work.
Attended progress and coordination meetings, managed stake holder’s expectations and distributed information.
Provided work performance information to control costs.
Job Responsibilities
1.Supervision of Clean Room Project of Class 100 & Class 100, 000 for Drug Manufacturing Industries.
2.Daily progress report submission to client.
3.Estimation of Material quantity from approved drawings.
4.Material and site Inspections.
5.Commercial invoice submission to client.
