In charge for the recruitment of all the staff (Project Manager, Project Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Sales Engineers, Supervisors, Estimators, quantity surveyor, AutoCAD designers, Technicians for elevator, A/C, kitchen and lighting equipments, HVAC, DX, chiller, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, etc.) for the Engineering, Oil & Gas, Medical and Technology divisions.
• Manpower Planning: Estimate the number of employees to be recruited and detail how and when to be done, ensure adherence to the manpower budgets and appropriate staffing levels.
• Recruitment: Identify the vacancy, study the job contents, frame appointment ads, scrutinize resumes, assessment of the candidates, HR aspects of the interview, fixing of Compensation package.
• Job Description: Prepare job description which includes job purpose, duties, responsibilities, KPI, working condition etc. in coordination with respective Division Head, update Organization Charts
• Turnover Analysis: Conduct and document exit interviews and recommend retention strategies.
• Performance Appraisal: Evaluate employee’s work behavior by comparing it with present standards used to determine who needs what training, and who will be promoted, demoted, retained, or fired.
• HR Policies & Procedures: Assist in Preparing HR Policies, coach & advise employees on Processes, Policies and Best practices, ensure compliance
• Probation Period Evaluation: Implement probation period evaluation for new comers, advise on action
• Employee Satisfaction Survey: Participate in ESS, identify areas of improvement, follow up on implementation
• Reports: Prepare periodical HR reports, identify areas for improvement and set and follow up on action plans.
• Initiate, prepare documents like offer letters, contracts etc., secure timely joining/boarding of new employees.
• Maintain strong database for local and International candidates available for immediate requirement. Maintain company’s carrier portal up-to-date with current and future vacant positions
• Awareness of Kuwait Labor Law, each country’s embassy standard documentation related to recruitment (Demand letter, Power of attorney, specimen agreement, contract with overseas agencies, offer letter etc.)
• Pro-active, result oriented, creative, self-motivated.
Achievements:
• Total candidates (permanent) mobilized in year 2008 (From 01/01/08 to 29/02/08) = 58 ((3 Engineers, 2 Specialists, 30 Technicians and 23 Semi skilled workers.)
• Total workers hired for short term jobs (shut down/ relievers) 100+

Responsibility: Recruitment of all the manpower required for KOC & MEW projects
• Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills.
• Review and evaluate applicant qualifications or eligibility for specified position, according to company guidelines/policy.
