Execution of Work
Understand client’s needs and look for the best and most competitive equipment in the market.
To understand, study and analyze the client requirements (Bill of Quantity/Specification)
To perform equipment planning ourselves (in small and Big projects), to understand installation and Pre installations requirements
To research what is the best solution and the most competitive equipment that we can offer. To survey both local and international market for the equipment needed by our clients. To develop a strong relationship with all suppliers
Pre-purchase evaluation, preparation of tenders, purchase
Prepare technical specifications
Quoting and pricing
Purchase orders
Planning of the project and equipment delivery in coordination with all suppliers and our supply-chain department, acting as liaison.
To follow up all procurement activities in a project and keep the project team updated with all relevant information (updated contractual conditions, supplier data, products’ technical information…)
To solve all problems that may arise with the concerned departments: manufacturing, quality, purchasing, marketing, logistics…
To study all terms and conditions which are vary as per different client
To arrange and organize Bill of quantity, specification and drawings for the suppliers.
To prepare cover letter as request for Quotation for local & international suppliers with terms & conditions.
Once starting receiving quotation from supplier will update prices in Breakdown sheets, and forward to Finance & supplier chain department for reviewing Bank charges and customs, freight.
After review, we need to discuss with management for final approval before sending to the client.

Development of detailed equipment preinstallation/utility data for site and Contractor
coordination
Responsible for review and any amendenment of Medical and Electro-Mechanical
Layout and shop drawing required for major medical equipment.
Responsible for review of technical submittal sheet and purchase order as per clients
