• Managing the projects from inception till completion as a client rep.
• Value Engineering on budgeting to make the projects feasible in the current economic situations.
• Identifying & managing the project stakeholders. Preparing Project Tracking Reports, Weekly flash reports, Cost Tracker & Procurement Tracker to be presented to Stakeholders. Chairing weekly status report meetings
• Setting, executing, monitoring & controlling the entire Project Management Plan including scope, schedule, budgets, quality, risk, HR, Communication & procurement management from inception till projects close out.

Nature of Job:
• Coordinate with all Consultants / Mall Management / Clients for obtaining approval on all projects related activities.
• Prepare accurate project programs, clearly indicate timeframes and activities involved in the project and monitor progress against the plan taking corrective action where required through effective coordination with the client, contractors, etc.
• Assure that the set quality of products and suppliers is met within the designated fields of work
• Maintain and manage effective communication with Contractors and suppliers to ensure effective updates and follow-through at all stages of the project.
• Provide updates on the progress of the project and attend to all technical and engineering problems, additional manpower requirements, drawing changes, etc. in an effective and timely manner thereby achieving client requirements and quality standards.
• Preparation of manpower schedule, as reference for total workforce required to complete the project.
• Conduct quality checks on works carried out to ensure that the products meet all client specifications and coordinate with estimation department on variation and for progress billing/ final invoice.
• Receive as built drawings, manuals, keys, etc. on project completion and issue the completion certificate to the contractor. Ensure proper dismantling and demobilization of site, conduct snagging and complete the close-out procedures.

Nature of Job:
• Define project scope.
• Obtain the drawings of the project and assess the material requirement accurately and ascertain the material for procurement.
• Carry out procurement of material ensuring availability of the right quality within the agreed time and in the most cost effective manner.
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities for Architectural, structural, interior fit-out works of a wide variety of projects.
• Review analyze the tenders and make recommendations
• Preparing the Bill of Quantities from Planning Drawings.

Nature of Job:
• Estimates/ BOQ’s: Prepared detailed Estimates and Bill of Quantities for various projects.
• Budgeting of projects which are still to be launched.
• Preparation of rate lists for various civil works & preparing amendments for various revisions in drawings.
• Conduct daily site visit during construction for actual work done at site and incorporate same in reports.
• Coordinate and meet constantly with project engineer regarding daily site feedbacks and requirements.
• Maintain and review weekly project status reports and update as necessary.
• Attending periodic project review meeting with Client, Project Manager/Engineer & Design in order to ensure that the deadlines for completing the project are met in time with available budget & assist in reviewing the minutes of meetings.
