• Helping a governmental ministry to achieve its national transformation strategic objectives and realizing the Saudi Arabia Vision 2030.
• Built up change management office, Change Management framework, Methodology, tools & templates in the ministry’s Vision realization office (VRO) and Leading the VRO Organizational change strategy & execution.
• Alignment and integration of CM office with Strategy, portfolios& programs, performance management, PMO, internal and external Media, HR & training functions.
• Supporting, monitoring and reinforcing day-to-day change management activities across 3 portfolios and 26 strategic programs including sponsorship, change agents network, resistance management, communication, impact assessments and training planning and execution.
• Creating economies of scale, centralization and inter-dependences across programs and building partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
• Reporting change management progress & CM risks to leadership team.
• Building change management culture and capabilities, coaching leaders and program managers and planning & execution of knowledge transfer.
