• Set the company's objectives, underwriting strategies, guidelines, annual budget and the appropriate methods to achieve them.

• Coordinate with the potential and current clients to survey the location which would be insured.
• Review survey report then determines whether to accept the risk or not.
• Negotiate with the client to set appropriate rates, terms and conditions then issue the policy or renew.
• Contact and follow up with the clients if there are any recommendations mentioned in the survey report to enhance the quality of accepted risk.
• Prepare Reinsurance Slip with all required data and coordinate with Reinsurance Dept., if the reinsurance treaty doesn't cover the full risk and we need facultative reinsurance.
• Analyzing the portfolio to determine the trend of consumption for each group.
• Prepare monthly report for Paid claims and outstanding claims.
• Participate in preparing medical insurance policies/contracts.
• Participate in preparing TPA contracts.
• Assist the TPA and Reinsure in obtaining further information about the medical history of current and potential clients.
• Establishing and developing a system for tracking claims for GIG and the TPA \[from receiving claim until refund it\].
• Monitoring the TPA performance to ensure that it follows GIG and AXA ppph rules in claims processing.
• Participate in training new HCS \[Healthcare specialist\] and brokers.
• Reply to insured enquires regarding their policy benefits and coverage limits.
• Support and improve our product in the Egyptian market.

Survey report.
Police report.
Repairing cost.
Apply policy terms and conditions.
Prepare a report for each claim shows the final repairing cost after deductibles.
