Role:
i. Administer construction contract works, exchange of correspondence, submittals, and RFI's to all contractors..
ii. Orient, assign, and supervise the construction inspection staff on a daily basis.
iii. perform with QS team negotiations with the contractor regarding the value of claims or changes in schedule.
iv. Review the contractor's progress at all times. Monitor the material incorporated in the work, the materials stored at the site, and the contractor's manpower and equipment.
v. Attend weekly, monthly, and other progress meetings held at the site. Identify constraints and recommend corrective measures.
vi. Review inspector's daily reports and preparation of engineer's daily diary, and general oversight of inspector's daily activities including works assignments, on-site performance, and guidance on the supervision of the contractor's operations.
vii. Coordination with contractor's supervisory personnel regarding schedule, sequence, and method of work.
viii. lead regular project progress meetings.
ix. verify that contractor is following his approved site Health & Safety plan.

a. responsibilities :
i. Perform construction supervision for a major construction projects.
ii. Assign responsibilities and job description to the site engineers & Foremans.
iii. Investigate problems and unforeseen conditions.
iv. Liaise with drafting coordinator for detailed drawing preparation.
v. Assist with shop drawings and submittals.
vi. Assist with Requests for Information (RFIs), Change Order Requests, etc.
vii. Prepare regular reports of construction activities.
viii. Participate in regular project progress meetings.
ix. Review of subcontractor’s schedule and pay requests.
x. Preparing look ahead plan to achieve the target programme.
