Responsible for training new employees.
Responsible for assisting company's manger in organization planning Responsible for training call center officers on achieving an excellent customer service.
Responsible for presenting our (MLM) system in meetings outside.
Retain all employee files and ensure they are completed and updated constantly
Perform other job related duties as required.
Assist in preparing & modifying company job descriptions and specifications.
Assist in coordinating and organizing training programs plans for employees.
Assists in development and maintenance of human resources policies and procedures.
