Worked with Zamil T&G, as Manager Projects for construction in Telecom area. Several Projects completed in all epacts USF7, 9, 10, 11 and Zain Reload in addition completed the assignment of Telecom Project closer to Huawei. I Was Overall monitoring Project Management Project financials, Project related Procurement (Services), including Subcon Management.

Recovered 100% the complete outstanding payments from customer for all projects in my domain.

In addition to the prime responsibilities Project estimation and Program Management was my domain.

My responsibilities include but are not limited to below".
Responsible for planning and execution of the Civil part of the project.
Monitoring CW engineers' and contractors' activities on the sites
Managing TSSR/ handover locations to contractors
Holding daily meetings with all stakeholders to discuss daily progress and technical issues.
Preparing daily- a weekly and monthly progress report.
Review of targets and achievements.
Managing acceptance to Clients.
Taking care of all related activities of the project (fleet management, HR, and office control in the region)

Responsible for the profit maximization through economical and timely execution of the projects, and proper resource utilization through the best talent available.
Responsible for cost control
Responsible for final selection and evaluation of both civil work and RF contractors in concerned regions with help of the Construction Manager and TI manager.
Responsible for appraising immediate superiors of possible anomalies or of technical emergencies and taking immediate corrective measures if required.
Submit monthly data of performance parameters (KPIs) to the upper management, along with proposals to eliminate bottlenecks in operations.
