reviewing technical documents prior to submission to Client/Consultant.

 Ensuring all documents are as up to date as possible within electronic filing systems.
 Maintain a computer database of all filed documentation that ensures fast retrieval of
documents.
 Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project.
 Maintain petty cash and distribution of petty cash to other County departments.
 Presentation and filing of documents and drawings.
 Conducting regular & weekly meetings with departmental staff.
 Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms.
