Selling off plan projects across all the projects of Dubai.
Working closely with the real estate agencies to bring on board the new agencies to generate more business & look after the assigned agencies to generate more revenue.
Selling off plan and ready properties across all projects of Dubai.
Selling off plan properties for all the major developers in Dubai (Emaar, Dubai Properties, Meeras, Damac, Nshama, Ellington, Deeyar, Danube & more)
Job Responsibilities:
To open SME business account as per the company’s financial requirement
Introduce minimum 200 new payroll accounts every month
Open high value current & savings account (CASA)
Develop relationships with clients to acquire new business and achieve deposit target
Deal proactively with new & existing customers to fulfill their banking requirements and solve their queries efficiently
To ensure compliance guidelines & internal policies/procedures meet to ensure compliance to the sales process
Develop dynamic working relationship with customers, offering outstanding payroll service
Up sell other products (Personal finance & Credit card)
Involve in sales meeting, account opening & MIS reports processing work
Have introduced new and potential customers to bank from various industries
To keep good relation with the existing & new customers
Achieve budgeted sales targets

Mutunabi Bookshop, Auto Bahn Car rental, Tausief Technical services, Finetools trading, Letty trading,

• Providing outstanding relationship management and advice to a varied and challenging mix of Medium Business customers through:
New business acquisition
Growing existing portfolio by cross-selling and increasing remuneration.
Protecting existing income from portfolio by ensuring customer needs continue to be met.
Salary Payroll through WPS Services.
Have personally introduced SME/Corporate customers to ARIE with turnover over 20 million who have contributed majorly to company’s top line, the clients sourced were from Medical, Coffee, Sanitary, FMCG etc.
