Responsible for TRICONEX projects from initial stage till final commission and start-up for
SIS and F&G.
Job responsibilities include the following:
• Evaluate the design inputs as the documents received from the client design inputs such as Control Narratives, Functional Logic Diagrams, Cause and Effects, Flowcharts, Ladder Diagrams and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams
• Developing project documents from customer design inputs.
• Perform the core library function blocks as per the TÜV standard
• Adhere to the project quality, health, safety requirements and procedures related to the company policy
• Instrumentation/control system design upgrades and improvements.
• Perform system firmware upgrade based on the hardware and software product compatibility charts and life cycle that enhances the system performance.
• Instrumentation/ control system incidents including preparation of technical reports, identifying the root cause and provide necessary recommendations.
• Developing, testing and implementing programs for Tricon/Trident controllers
• knowledgeable with national and international safety standards
• Developing project HMI using Wonderware Intouch
• Lead the execution of Pre-FAT and FAT activities, Visual inspection, Power up checks, I/O checks, Logic functional checks, As-Shipped drawing preparation
• Lead the execution of Integrated-FAT activities by establishing the communication with the DCS system either Ethernet or Serial connection
• Work with different communication protocols TCP/IP, Modbus, Peer to peer communication and TSAA
• Lead the execution of SAT, commissioning and startup activities, Cabinets installation, Pre-Power up checks, Grounding checks, Loop checks, Functional Logic checks and as-Built drawing preparation
• Test, verify and enhance the complex sequence logics for boilers and furnaces as per the licensor design inputs
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement the necessary corrective action

Senior Automation and Instrumentation Engineer
Job Responsibilities:-
• Supervision for Automation Erection and commissioning for all automation systems in the plant (main Automation system (ASA Automation system) - Alstom PLCs, Servers, Operator Stations and Local Operator Station) and (Local PLCs for the suppliers).
• Communication between Local PLCs and Main System (Profibus/ Fiber
Optic Protocol).
• Commissioning support to the suppliers such as
- BEDESCHI for clay crusher, stacker and reclaimer.
- SCHENCK for kiln feed system
- IBAU for homo and cement silos
- WIDRA for weight bridges
- KHD for Pyro-floor cooler control system
- SCHEUCH for bag filters
- HASLER for weight feeders
- FLS for gas conditioning tower and E.P filter.
• Commissioning for different types for the Flow Control Gates Motorized
and Pneumatic.
• Programming Lorem Transmitters using hyper terminal connection.

Design of the engineering such as sequence and layer flow sheet, general and detailed Function Analysis, Design of function blocks and dynamic objects Programming
