•Preparation of Budget, Cash flow, MIS, Financial, and Management reports.
•Vat accounting- working - filling.
•Authorizing Accounting transactions.
•Payroll Management.
•Bank Accounts Management including Bank guarantees and LCs documents.
•Reporting to Top Management and summarizing the company's financial position.
•Handling of External and Internal Audits.
•Cost control, Reduction, and Analysis.
•Production Review, Identifying areas for cost reductions, and operational Improvements.
•Scrutinizing all Sales-Purchase Invoices.
•Assets and Inventory Control.
•Saif Zone Custom Affairs and Price Approval.
Job Profile: -
•Payroll Management including distribution of Wages and Cash Salaries.
•Verifying day-to-day Petty Cash transactions.
•Reconciliation of Banks, Inter Companies, Suppliers, and Customers every month.
•Assisting Finance Manager in the issuance of new & amendments of Import-Export LCs, TTs, Bank Guarantees, and bank discrepancies.
•Assisting Finance Manager in Internal and external Audits. (KPMG, Ernest & Young)
•Prepared Budget, Cash Flow, MIS, and Financial Statements.
•Prepared Schedules like Fixed Assets, Gratuity, Leave Salary, Leave Travel, Working Capital loans, and Long/short-term loans.
•Stock Inventory- Valuation of Raw materials, Semi-finished and Finished goods.
•Preparation of Customer aging schedule and follow up with marketing department for collection.
•Maintenance of records for Current Assets and Receivables.
