Muwahhid joined Cityspace on 06 October 2013 as a Quantity Surveyor and was entrusted with the duty of being in charge of the Quantity Surveying and Estimation departments.
Since joining Muwahhid has contributed immensely towards converting bids into successful projects while managing the costs of these projects from inception to completion. Below are some of the projects that Muwahhid has been part of.

The tasks undertaken by Muwahhid on the above projects include preparation of fee proposals for design services, contractual reviews & recommendations on design services agreements, preparation of cost plans as a preliminary budget, preparation of engineers estimates and BOQs, tender action and finalization of subcontracts, cost management, variations, interim payments, cost and time related claims, final accounts and post completion audits.
