• Manage direct & indirect staff costs and expenditures within allocated

• Develop/implement effective leads management systems
• Automate & streamline reports and emphasize on data analytics
• Supervise and monitor closely the production of all daily, weekly and
monthly reports to ensure punctual and accurate delivery
• Manage priorities and workflow of division requests by assigning and redistribution of tasks between members
• Carry out special projects and perform other duties that may be assigned
by management in relation within information management
• Ensure full implementation of all elements of Anti-Fraud, whistleblowing,
Anti-Bribery & Corruption policies and practices, including all necessary
training, reporting, personal due diligence and vigilance.
• Identify and translate market opportunities into actionable recommendations
to achieve individual, team and company revenue profit target.
• Develop and prepare strategies for Business Intelligence processes for
organization.
• Analyze all complex data and identify requirements for business
enhancement in project.

• Engage in project activity for implementing new BI business capabilities
• Analyzing the data from various sources in different forms, integration and formulation of that data into a report/dashboard to generate top level insights
• Prepare portfolio MIS reports, volume statistics and Consolidation for Retail Branches kingdom wide on a daily / monthly basis
• Build a productivity and efficiency related data management analysis reports and turning it into meaningful and actionable information for the business usage
• Analyzes the business needs; works with different departments to discuss and determine new projects needed for the business improvement
• Design/implement revised and/or new procedures to support market/operations/production changes.
• Work with IT, Business, Risk consultants and BAJ Operations for MIS and reporting and Automation of key collection reports
• Responsible of the unit portal
• Apply BAJ Retail Risk Management & SAMA policies for accurate and timely provision and loss computation.
• Liaise with all relevant stakeholders to ensure all key MIS reports are produced and delivered in time.
• Ensure that Audit & Compliance findings are always “Satisfactory”.
• Accuracy and regularity of loss forecasting
• Maintenance of all Retail Risk databases
Key Responsibilities:
• Compiling statistical data and formulating annual reports, summarizing quality assurance findings and submitting the same to the management.
• Analyzing quality data, identifying the root cause of performance gaps and designing foolproof solutions to resolve the same.
• Performing trend analysis in order to comprehend numerous quality improvement opportunities and implementing various measures to enhance the quality of customer service.
• Spearheading various projects to provide maximum customer satisfaction by maintaining high quality of work.
