Conducting promotional activities through actively participating in industry related Exhibitions in & outside UAE, particularly in Russia, China & Europe

Based on market research, appointing the distributors in assigned territories

Coordination, Arrangements & Preparations for our participation in the International Exhibitions as Exhibitors in Germany, France, Brazil, Spain, Russia, China, etc.

Travelling abroad to attend industry related Exhibitions.

Processing of confirmed orders, by follow up from Accounts for receival of LC’s or Advance payments and ensuring the safe receipts of our goods at customer end.

Handling of products sampling & specifications.

My prime responsibilities were to coordinate with customers for each order that we ship to them, ensuring the safe receipts of our goods at customer's end, getting feedback from customer regarding order, processing of orders, updating the customer as well as reporting to our International Sales & Marketing Manager team. Dealing with banks for Export transactions, also negotiating with shipping lines for Export ocean freights.

Involved in new products developments as per customer specific requirements, handling product specifications, product samplings.
