• Developing the HR plans and policies in conjunction with the company’s over all development plan.
• Overall responsibility of man power planning and recruitments.
• Developing the induction programs for the new recruits.

• Manage all personnel and resources soundly and efficiently and keep sound relations with other departments and divisions.
• Preserve and maintain all assets under management.
• Maintain a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction by developing methodologies and procedures to enhance productivity and service excellence.
• Motivate, lead and maintain good morale of the work force.
• Execute diligently and with great care the managerial functions of Planning, Organizing, Leadership/execution, Control, Coordinating and Communication within your department.
• Submit performance assessments of all subordinate managers.
• Ensure compliance with all Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators as given by clients.
• Ensure that all Site Surveys are done according to the standard operating procedures in accordance to the guidelines as given in ISO 31 000.
• Train all staff in security concept and prepare job descriptions.
• Implement CCTV in different locations based on risk level.
• Control all locations and provide weekly reports to the client.

• Settled the HR department for PCPC company from garbage.
• Recruited candidates through campus placements, advertises, directly.
• Transfer good number of employees to PCPC sponsorship.
• Complete all employees' files as company requirement standards.
• Complete course materials for training and development workshops.
• Convert all workers payroll to bank payments instead of cash.
• Achieve more than Saudaization percentage.
• Convert all vehicles from company vehicles to rental vehicles.
