• Responsible for the overseas and local recruitment.
• Managing recruitment process, sourcing, interviewing, hiring,
offers and contracts for the new joining.
• Hunting the suitable candidates for open job positions and
consider their relevant knowledge and experience.
• Arranging interviews between the clients and the candidates.
• Ensuring all screening, hiring and selection is done as per
employment laws and regulations.
• Working with hiring managers to insure their satisfaction of
the candidates quality.
• Register the employees information in the system.
1. Overseas Recruitment:
• Dealing with agencies out side the kingdom to find candidates suitable to the client expectation.
• Issuing the E-wakala for the agency, and follow up for the visa stamping through Enjaz Website.
• Facing the challenges in overseas recruitment and solve it.
• Interviewing and evaluating mew agencies in order to sign the recruitment service agreement with them.
• Preparing the required documents for accreditation for Philippines & Nepalese candidates.
2. Local Recruitment:
• Posting jobs through Naukrigulf, Bayet, and social media sites.
• Screen the candidates by reviewing CVs, job applications, and performing phone screening.
