• Implementation & monitoring of GMP, s GLP, s GWP, s Hygiene & conduct internal QA audits.
• Planning & Monitoring of Plants Master Sanitation Program.
• Adequate practical knowledge about Microbiology Sampling & Testing in Beverage Industry.
• Adequate knowledge about high tech equipments, i-e, beverage filler & mixer, Injection Molding, PET Bottle Blowing Machines, Reverse Osmosis Water treatment system, Sugar Pasteurization & Batching Equipments
• Working Experience at Tetra Pak Juice plant (Mango Slice Pepsi Brand) as a team member of Production and Quality Department.
• Understanding about Supplier Evaluation and auditing.
• Expertise to monitor, reporting and minimizing of Raw material wastage.
• Monitoring & Maintain of Lab Glass ware & Equipment Inventory.
