and Project monitoring from start to finish according to schedule, budget and specifications.
Distribution of individual responsibilities for each one involved in the work to ensure the work time schedule with all Quality Control measures and Safety requirements.
Overall Control and Inspection of Activities to effectively utilize each team member to his fullest potential.
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope of work.
Carry out the activities in accordance with good Engineering Practices, Procedures, and Specifications.
Responsible for QC Inspections and its documentation.
Review and approval of Method of statements, TRA, and shop drawings to all construction activities.
Coordinating and negotiating with Consultants and Sub-Contractors.
Evaluating justifications for contractual variations during project is maintained to support subsequent commercial claims.
Developing, implementing & monitoring Project Specific Procedures for the work to be carried out.
Review of Progress, Planning, Documentation, Scrutiny of Drawings, Bar Bending Schedules.
Conducts Progress meetings with project team & effectively communication of relevant project information.
Final scrutiny of Tender documents, including bill of quantities of tender document.
Familiar with ASTM, API, UBC, ACI, ASCE, AISC, AASHTO Standards & Codes,
As per Ruwais Refinery Design General Specification .
