Manage & Control the financial Dept. daily activities, monitoring and controlling the cash flows, managing the working capital, preparation of the consolidated financial statements,
Main task is to manage and control the firm’s financial resources, collating, preparing, and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements. Under taking analysis and assisting with strategic planning. Controlling income, cash flow, and expenditure. Managing budgets, developing and managing financial and control systems. Supervising staff and liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues. Reporting to the CEO.
Duties including the supervision and control of the general ledger, payables and receivables, billing and the subsequent bills discounting with the bank & treasury works, verification and checking of the monthly payroll and employees payments, letters of credit, bids & performance bonds, follow up of the short term facilities. Preparation of the monthly comparative financial and other reports. Reporting to the finance manager (Implemented package ORACLE Finance ERP system) .
Duties including, management of accounts receivable and export letters of credit aging analysis and collections follow up. Full management of fixed assets registration, addition, disposals, write/off and subsequent accounting transactions and cost elements. Management of accounts payable, bills and payment verifications, and import letters of credit, bank collections and short finance (loans), control and supervision of the general ledger daily transactions, verification of payroll and employees settlements, checking and approval of cash payments. Preparation of the monthly (M.I.S) report, including, F.S.s. production performance, sales performance, inventory movements, A.R & AP aging analysis, monthly forecasted funds, and labor reports. Preparation of (H.O.) yearly budgets, responsible for Zakat returns and follow up, secretary to the Audit Committee (Board of Directors Sub-Committee). (Familiarity with the E.R.P systems). Reporting to the Group Finance Manager.
Duties Including checking and approval of daily accounting transactions, verifying of work orders and cost elements, preparation of yearly F.R and budgets, handling the letters of credit, verification of sales invoices and pricing methods, verification of purchase orders. Reporting to the General Manager

■ Duties including preparation and entering of daily J.Vs, preparation of FR (team work), reconciliation of accounts and draft checks .

Duties including control, following up and reconciliation of the inter branch accounts out standings, control, reconciliation and follow up of the foreign correspondences accounts (Nostro), internal audit section main branch Khartoum, supervising and ensuring the application of internal control system.
■ Assistant Head Section Central Accounts Department Sudanese Islamic Bank, Duties including follow up and reports on branches performance, liquidity control and follow up with the central bank, full management of fixed assets, additions, disposals and the subsequent accounting transactions.
