• Responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units, manage resources, schedules, financials and adhere to stage gate quality and SDLC control guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle. This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. • Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
• The scope of this project is to upgrade Mobily's existing Billing and revenue management system and install this upgraded application on a new machine and migrate the production DB to Exadata.
• The main project objective is to leverage on the new HW platform and apply the new patch set so that Mobily can benefit from all fixes already deployed to the BRM platform
• One of the specialized Saudi companies in the field of information technology that offers integrated solutions and technical consultancy.
• My Responsibility was to Manage a Project of upgrade IT and Telecom Infra-structure of main airports for General Authority of Civil Aviation valued 50 M, and manage 5 contractors, suppliers and team of 5 members.
• Was responsible for executing the King Saud bin Abdul-Aziz University for Health Sciences (KSUHS) project, valued at 500 Million SAR, and led a team of 750 members.
• Implemented Data center, IP Telephony system, internet & Data, IPTV system, wireless systems & applications, Public address system, Nurse Call System, Security Communication System, CCTV, Access Control System, Fire Alarm System, Parking Control System, & Patient Monitoring Systems.
