*Tender estimation for EPC Projects of Storage Fuel Farm, Jet fuel hydrant network, Fuel distribution
networks, Chilled water piping network for District Cooling system, Waste water treatment plant, etc.
* Preparation of contract budget value & Tender Assessment for approval from the board
*Tender contract study and evaluation of Scope of work. Determine actual engineering/resource
requirements that may be results in unforeseen costs at execution stage.
*Examine jobsite conditions (Site visit) prior to bid to evaluate site accessibility & other site conditions
that would affect construction methods & its associated costs.

*Quantity take-off from drawings, Preparing time-cost-material and labour estimates in consultation with
site personnel, Vendors and Sub-contractors.
*Direct-Indirect cost estimates, Preparation of BOQ for tender submission.
*Pricing strategy with Proposal Manager to make a compliant or any alternative bid.
*Floating enquiries to various vendors/subcontractors as per Vendor List or as per Project requirement
and invite bids from various subcontractors & vendors.
*Techno-commercial evaluation & comparison of received quotations from vendors/subcontractors.
*Key responsibility of finalizing the best quotations for winning the tender contracts.
*Coordination with Planner for preparation of Tender/Contract schedule.
*Review & incorporating of Tender bulletins, clarifications received by the Clients for any revision.
*Preparation of tender clarifications/ qualifications/assumptions for tender submission
*Maintaining monthly Tender Summary Records & Logs for review of the management.
*Preparation of Pre-qualification Documents.
*Well versed with Estimation Software “CCS” (Construction Computer Software).
