• Assisting Materials Manager for all materials related projects
• Being a Lead Auditor, involving in Quality Related Activities like doing Internal Audit in every year, making documents which are related to quality, Safety measurements in Materials etc.
• Handled and analyzed to select suitable materials suitable for cables
• Process trial initiator for materials
• Responsible for the research, design and formulation development of new PVC compounds to ensure that all the products comply with national and international standards.
• Internal Auditor for ISO 9001
• Test the incoming raw materials using in cable Industry
• Handled a PVC compounding lab
• Direct experience on the following lab equipments:- Zwick/Roell Tensile Tester, MFI apparatus, ageing ovens, compatibility ovens, two roll mills, compression Molding M/C, Lab Turbo Mixer, Single Screw extruder, Bulk Density apparatus, Hardness Tester, Volume Resistivity fixture.
Overall In-Charge for Quality controlling, Production Assistants, Material checking as per ISO, BIS standards.
Responsible for manpower handling.
Supervision of calibrations and maintenance of ISI equipments
Commissioning of Laboratory equipments and creating of Testing procedures
Direct experience in hand on;
Double Screw Extrusion of UPVC pipes, Rotational Molding M/C, All Testing Equipments for UPVC pipes as per BIS standards
Handling, Production and Process control of Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM) of PET
Overall in charge for production and process control of injection molding of commodity plastics.
Responsible for regular M/C MAINTENANCE (PREVENTIVE & BREAK DOWN)
Responsible for shift handling & production planning.
Responsible for Quality Control.

Injection Stretch Blow Molding: NISSEI ASB 650 NH-II, 250 NH-II, 70 DPH, AIOKI 80 -JAPAN (single stage M/C), SIDEL SBO2 M/C- (two stage M/C)-France
Injection Molding: JONWAI 165, 95- TAIWAN, ELETRONICA e-180 T, Pune.
