• Developing HSE management plans and supervising the implementation of the same as per the guidelines.
• Developing HS plans and CEMP plans for various projects for the tender process.
• Preparation of bridging documents and approval to mobilize for multiple projects.
• Developing various HSE documents within the organization for system improvements.
• Assigned as coordinator for ISO External Audit and prepared documents for audit requirements.
• Conducting ISO Internal Audits for various projects within an organization.
• Conducting safety inspections/audits, and occupational health surveys.
• Formulating contractor safety management guidelines and several safety motivational / training programs for improving safety culture.
• Implementing several safety measures for minimizing the occurrence of accidents & calamities; conducting investigations for determining the cause of accidents
• Reviewing & analyzing data from audits, accident investigations, near-misses, and defect reports.
• Supervising the provision of first aid and medical aid for all employees on site.

• Conduct incoming inspection and testing of supplied materials to ensure that only approved materials shall be used in the project.
• Provide supervision, support, and direction in all daily (PTW) activities to assure work is being carried out in accordance with HSE guidelines, permit to work, and all other relevant company procedures.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly HSE Statistics, Minutes of meetings, COSHH, and Toolbox talk relevant topics.
• Maintained reports and records of all accidents, incidents, and near misses at the work site.
• Review job safety analysis, risk assessment, and work method statement.
• Gave clear safety instructions to ensure safety at work.
• Conducting emergency drills/training in accordance with the company’s emergency response plan
• To co-ordinate with erection, installation and commissioning of Tube Mill and Slitting Machine.
• Conducted internal safety inspections as well as identifying and recording issues related to safety management.
• Train the crew on various subjects related to safety, discussion of weekly safety bulletins, safety reports and share learning lessons.

• Conducting Induction training, Tool Box Meeting for Workers and supervisors.
• Evaluate all production activities and prepare reports for all activities and inspect all associate plant machines and equipments.
• Analyze all equipment requirements and assist in requisition of all tools and equipments.
• Carrying out discussions on new hazards observed during the process of work, its risk and control measures
• Analyze performance of work force and suggest ways for the improvement of safety culture on site.
• ISO Documentation, maintenance (preventive and breakdown) and spares inventory management.
• Coordinate with the quality department to conduct QC inspections.
• To check the work plan prepared by project planning department and start the activities according to plan to achieve project completion and target dates.
• Ensure that all Mechanical site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per approved shop drawings, method statements, specification and work plan.
• Maintaining the site material order and check time to time requirement of material according to site plan, program and schedule as per project planning department to proper flow of work.
• Preparing and submitting inspection request for consultant inspection.
• Conducting the site inspection with consultant for approval of work.
• Conducting, managing and assisting the sub-contractor for proper flow of work.
• Maintaining records and archives to company standards.
• Safety instructions and guidance given to the supporting staff and labours.
