Release/Hold instructions
Status of cargo
Detention Waiver / Free Days
Discrepancy in documents
Bank guarantee
To check & contact consignees/agents for:
Clearance, Payments
Handling load port queries and problems.
Preparation and verification of container detention dirty & damage charges.
Preparation and verification of refunds.
Redemption of banker guarantee.
Management of files.
