 Provide comprehensive case management to persons with specific needs (PWSN); single parent, elderly, survivor of torture, woman at risk, SMC, physical and mental disabilities.
 Conduct Risk and Vulnerability Assessments for individuals and families.
 Assess POCs living condition via home visits in camps of Sabra / Chatila / Borj el Brajneh.
 Accompany mental health individuals to the needed hospital and following up on their discharge through Nextcare.
 Provide weekly and monthly updates to the Senior Social Work & Team leader on cases assessed and supported.
 Coordinate with different institutions and services providers (Caritas/ Intersos/ Restart) to help beneficiaries access needed resources and services.
 Ensure proper and safe filing and archiving of case management files to maintain data confidentiality.
 Conduct in depth ECA & PCAP assessments of vulnerable cases. High risk cases are addressed immediately.
 Work on RAIS software.
 Assist in Validation Exercise in Shouifette site; address complaints received on beneficiary withdrawal of assistance.
 Support the supervisor in collecting caseworkers’ monthly reports upon request.
 Collect tracking Sheet report
 Conduct PCAP Post Distribution and Outcome Monitoring assessments through KOBO for refugees to follow up on their challenges while withdrawing their financial assistances and its outcome.

Registration Assistant - Temporary Contract at UNHCR

• Conduct registration/counselling/verification interviews in accordance with the national registration SOPs and registration standards;
• Counsel refugees and asylum-seekers, managing their expectations on protection, assistance and durable solutions, providing them with information at the reception and in the waiting areas on UNHCR’s procedures, their files with UNHCR and their rights and entitlements;
• Maintain accurate and up-to date records and data related to all individual cases.
• Identify persons with specific protection needs and vulnerabilities and ensure timely referral to protection follow-up as required.
• Collaborate with protection staff and/or partners on the delivery of assistance and assistance.
• Support all activities related to the registration/counselling/verification of refugees and asylum seekers which may also include functions related to reception, filing and data management.
