* Manage all marketing activities starting from planning & innovating new ideas.
* Coordinating with department managers to set up a useful marketing plan according to their requirements and to the organization’s marketing budget.
* Direct communications with advertising & marketing agencies.
* Designing all required graphics (Adverts, flyers, outdoor ads, e-mail campaigns...etc) using the the Graphic Design Softwares
* Follow up, documentation and monthly reports.
During my work years, I have gained experience that worth to be mentioned in Real Estate sector, specifically Property Management. I have partially joined Property Management department since around 9 months and I am currently managing 4 buildings with few individual flats in addition to my daily job role as Marketing Coordinator.
