Provide a central point of contact for customer sales enquiries
Update the CRMs system.
Using Pastel accounting software, assist Accountant with distribution of monthly statements, and follow-up with customers for payment.
Assist and deputise for Service Administrator as required (holidays etc.)
General office and accounts administration, filing.
Provide technical response to all enquiries regarding chemical storage, MSDS, health and safety etc.
Liaise as required with concerned authorities regarding chemical storage and safety.
Coordinate with the sales engineers regarding the maintenance service request from the clients
Maintain records of MEK-based consumables for submission to CID on monthly basis.
Quoting to customers based on their enquiry, arranging catalogues and sending them by courier to the customers based on their enquiry
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive data (pricelists, customer lists etc.) to which the employee will have access.
Support the sales department with regards to all the enquiries,
Make sure the received orders are taken care by the purchased department and update the customers about the delivery schedule.
