• Manage network performance and implement changes to improve efficiency.
• Determine which network devices, including firewalls, routers, switches and wireless access points were malfunctioning, immediately applying troubleshooting methods for resolution.
• Ensures that IT users’ requests are addressed in a timely and cost-effective manner, via internal IT resources or via external suppliers of IT services.
• Configuring and implementing Remote Access Solution IPSec VPN.
• Securing Switch access.
• Designing and implementing wireless architectures (Unifi Wireless - Ubiquiti Networks UAP-AC-HD UniFi AP AC)
• Configuring Voice VLANs and QoS VLANs.
• Design secure and scalable networks.
• Documentation of all network setups.
• Analyze helpdesk inquiries to identify recurring user problems, recommend solutions, and to identify areas where helpdesk services can be improved.
• Ensure that proper preventive maintenance actions are in-place and applied to users’ desktops/laptops.
• Lead and participate in all IT projects.
• Resolve daily issues of a complex scope that impact the team and overall business objectives.
• Monitor user's feedback through email, phone or face to face.
• Maintain Sophos Endpoint Protection (installation, activation, renew licenses, etc.)
• Network operation & Support (high level) - No downtime for all connection types (telephones, internet, branches connection, CCTV online, etc.)
• Configuration and maintaining Cisco switches, IP Phones, and Unified communication servers.
• Managing vendor relations.

• Responsible for overseeing the local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), virtual private network (VPN).
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot network and application server hardware, network operating system software, and peripheral network equipment such as routers, cabling system, network interface cards, modems.
• Make sure that the networks are secure and operating properly, determine the levels of user accessibility according to their IT department policy.
• Troubleshoot connection problems or conflicts.
• Firewalls, switches & load balancers implementation, management & troubleshooting.
• Developing local operating procedures and policies as needed or requested.
• Monitoring the ongoing operation of the switches and identifying potential issues and preventive actions as needed.
• On-going network equipment installation, testing, maintenance, and enhancement.
• Work with IT staff, and vendors/contractors to install equipment, networking software, and required applications.
• Evaluate, and fine-tune switches and routers to achieve peak efficiency and to avoid bottlenecks.
• Ensure integrity of the network infrastructure, and work with the IT support team
• Design network configuration and implementation plan
• Develop and enforce policies to ensure network security measures are met
• Prepare VOIP, WLAN, Wireless-WAN, Point-to-Point communications
• Plan short-term or long-term network requirements to provide recommendations

• Network administration (including backup, security management, user account management, e-mail systems, internet access, office systems ERP and functional-based applications support).
• Provide support for servers, network, desktop hardware, applications and licenses.
• Roll out hardware and software to ensure optimal deployment of resources.
• Secure system by developing system access matrix, monitoring, control, and evaluation.
• Assist in establishing and testing disaster recovery policies and procedures, maintaining documentation, SW/AV updates.
• Receive support tickets from users on-campus & over-phone and delegated these tasks to appropriate personnel.
• Deliver troubleshooting solutions to departments and console operators experiencing difficulties with software, hardware, and network connectivity.
• Implement improved assessment and analytical techniques for further achievement of identified departmental goals.
• Create performance reports for IT Department to meet stated management expectations and relevant standards.

• Overseeing the daily performance of computer systems.
• Windows based Server Installation and Administration, Security administration, assign access rights to users on the network.
• Monitor, administer and update Anti-Virus and Anti-Spam software’s for Servers and Workstations.
• Administer all Backup policies and ensure that Backup jobs are successfully accomplished.
• Manage Wireless network.
• Ensure and achieve the cost-effective use of information technology resources (PC’s, Servers, Printers, Notebooks, etc.) by controlling, coordinating and advising their purchase.
• Setting up equipment for employee use, performing proper installation of cables, operating systems, hardware, software.
• Ensure security of equipment’s.
• Responsible for re-allocating computers to users.
• Configure folders and printers sharing, manage, troubleshoot and assign sharing access as appropriate.
• Troubleshoot user problems for computer software or hardware, E-mail, Network connections and Network printing.
• Configure e-mail web server and internet access.
• Prepare IT reports, charts and submit to the department head.
