Develop and monitor critical success factors for the product in line with the product business plan.
Continuously monitor market needs and requirements, taking into account future technology/ developments, competitor products/services
Define and analyze of customer needs and propose solutions based on those issues.
Develop solutions based on customer needs delivering optimal results for customer and supplier.
Plan, organize and participate in product release presentations - both internal and external to the company.
Meet customers to understand user requirements and come out with proposals.
Develop and maintain pricing policies for the product
Prepare solution proposals.
Support sales in tendering and bidding process.
Generate Bill of Materials for proposals.
Assist sales in gathering 3rd party pricing and liaising with 3rd parties, if required.
Work with Sales Personnel to provide product, business and technical knowledge in support of pre-sales activities.
Develop the after sales support policy for the product Service philosophy, Spares listing, recommended test equipment, maintenance programs etc.
Monitoring the stock using MFG-Pro. Software to maintain the stock and make new purchase order to external supplier depending on it.
Provide training, education and demo support to the AT&E Sales Team and company clients.
