Achievements:
• Established the Credit Department aiming at reconciling aging accounts, enhancing collection of aging debt, and cleaning customer accounts and other balance sheet items.
• Participated in various Functional Requirements Documents (FRD’s) that aim at automating existing manual processes or creating new ones. Example: pullback automation process.
Achievements:
• Restructured the Accounts Receivable Department, trained and developed employees to handle more senior and supervisory positions, and developed new efficient policies and procedures that enhance inter-company communications and improve internal controls.
• Led and participated in various Functional Requirements Documents (FRD’s) that aim at automating existing manual processes or creating new ones. Examples: automation of assignment agreements, automation of contract creation and issuance of the 1st invoices, and automation of non-payroll invoices.

Dec 2021: Certificate of Appreciation for exceptional performance and successful completion of critical project deliverables under the Finance Division.
Achievements:
• Headed the Credit Department of the newly established company (Ejar). This required directing all credit and collection activities within the company’s 6 branches.
• Within the first 12 months, I exceeded the set target for core customers: past dues over 2 months for core customers reduced by 29%. For the portfolio as a whole, total exposure was reduced by 10%, past dues reduced by 13%, and past dues over 2 months reduced by 4%.
Achievements:
• My portfolio outperformed the performance of others in the Central Region. Between Jan 2014 and Jan 2016, the total number of customers in my portfolio increased by 20% while the total number of customers in the Central Region increased by less than 1%. On the aging side, total past dues over 2 months for the Region rocketed by 260% while my portfolio increased by 129% (major contributors to the increase was the addition of customers to my portfolio).
• Deputize the Regional Manager when he is away. I resumed my position as an Acting Regional Credit Manager in the Central Region overseeing Riyadh, Qassim, Hail, Jouf, Arar, and Wadi Dawasir.

Managed the first capital increase project via rights issue through private placement.

Oct 2011: Letter of Appreciation for the publication of the rights offering prospectus related to Saudi Fisheries Co. which raised SR 335Mn. My work was professional and organized which made it easier for my successor to complete the project.

Supervised and conducted the operational audit of Saudi Research and Marketing Group and its three main subsidiaries.
Awards:
• Mar 2008: Letter of Recognition after the completion of all material tasks related to the merger and acquisition of two car rental companies.
• Jan 2008: Letter of Recognition after the completion of most material tasks and the approval of the Capital Market Authority for the merger and acquisition of Saudi Hotels and Resort Areas Co. and its sister companies.
