• Record all relevant account and contract details into the appropriate systems and complete the necessary documentation
• Ensure the management of collections of all the new sales
• Ensure the collection of work data relevant to new contracted facilities
• Manage customer claims
• Maintain the necessary level of competitor information
• Assist the local National NI/MOD area to check technical specifications of complex NI tenders/contracts

TASKS:
*Present and sell company products and services to potential clients.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
• Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
• Establish and maintain potential client relationships.
• Identify and resolve client concerns.
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
3G UMTS STC-HUAWEI Project
DUTIES :
Support the project planning process during initial project setup and during consequent execution
Support the Project Manager implementing standard project management practices
Facilitate project scheduling and forecasting process
Monitor, collect and update relevant information to the rollout activities
Report, review and control progress to assure commitments are achieved
Management of Operational Contract library (Contract Summary, SoW, SoR, etc)
Understand contractual scope of work, constantly contributing that project is deployed accordingly.
Control IPM data consistency
Documentation management (Storage, control. e.g. ART, PAC/FAC, etc.)
Support Risk Management process
Support the PM in Demand Planning, Cost and Sale Forecasting and Periodic Reporting
Support documentation lessons learned at project closure
TASKS:
• Survey sites.
• Installation and Configuration of RADIOS by using their materials and Software for Towers and Monopoles sites.
• Integrate Sites and define their Alarms.
• Managing the installation teams. BTS 2G/3G installation.
• Outstanding Item Lest (OIL) clearance.
• Preparing sites for final PAT, and providing the costumer all the required documents including all the test result ensuring the Quality of Service with the help of site master.
• Full experience in Project Acceptance Test (PAT).
