- Plans, directs and controls all technical support activities in the Region such as installation, internal and customer training, maintenance, diagnosis and reparation of products/services, ensuring also the execution of pre and post-sale technical support services to customers.
- Ensures the proper execution of Asset Protection Service (APS) activities promoting renewal and extension of maintenance contracts. Manages spare parts warehouse in order to optimize customer technical assistance processes.
- Guarantees the resolution of technical support inquiries trough remote (e.g., telephone, online) post-sale troubleshooting and diagnostic support services to ensure that all products and services work properly.
- Ensures the replacement of faulty component/parts of client machines in order to preserve the continuity of its functionality and the reparation of the client components/parts trough the internal repair center environment.
- Coordinates the conduction of tests to ensure that repaired products meet technical specifications and ensures to inform product engineering department of recurring component failures, in order to improve the safety and the functionality of the products.
- Ensures the availability of the field technicians, the respect of the actions programs and the time arranged with the client and the compliance with the quality and safety procedures, in order to maximize the customer satisfaction.
- Guarantees the fulfilment of administrative activities related to the technical services and the customer support service to provide timely responses to customers inquires and maintain the planning activities.
- Support the Consumer Goods After Sales process, ensuring to clients technical assistance in terms of spare parts management, maintenance, revamping/ rebuilding of production line machinery and providing appropriate training to technicians Ensures the execution of administrative activities related to the order process management (verify contractual conditions, order confirmation and system order entry).

Design and prepare PM schedules as per Manufacturers’’ Recommendations.
Responsible for CMMS implementation and utilization to support maintenancerelated

Plan with production the facility to execute routine planned maintenance.

10 ton/hr boiler, commissioning and startup of juice MonoBlock filling line extension with utilities
upgrade.
Motivate, facilitate, support and direct team to achieve tasks to defined and measurable performance
parameters.
Report and review performance with Team Members and relevant Managers evaluating results and
outlining improvements.
Identify, plan and implement requisite training in order to ensure continued development of all team
members ensuring that an adequately maintained skills inventory is in place.
Ensure full implementation of defined and laid down Safety systems and safe practices of work
continually upgrading safety awareness and practices within the team.
Ensure GMP is maintained and increased within the team and that all operations are conducted
within the specified quality standards and parameters.
Evaluate system performance and recommend equipment replacement/upgrade and capacity
improvements as part of on-going continuous improvement policy.
Plan Team rest days and holiday relief ensuring adequate cover at all times.
Technical Service Engineer responsible for testing, assembling, troubleshooting and repair for Bosch pharmaceutical / food production and packaging lines in Middle East and Africa to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- new lines assembly at Bosch, unpacking, allocation and installation at customer site.
- New lines commissioning, start up and customer handover.
- Execute lines SAT, FAT and validation tests.
- Machines breakdowns troubleshooting and repairing.
- Execute valid machines modification according to owner requirements.
