Perform installations of applications on agents’ PCs and install other communications equipment’s
Perform printers' installations, configurations and testing on agents' PCs
Support over the phone agents' requests related to applications/ services
Troubleshoot agents' system, hardware and communications equipment to ensure continuous and proper functioning of applications
Assist in supporting internal users on system and hardware problems
Assist in daily IT tasks (installations, format, troubleshooting, testing, cabling…)
Assist in troubleshooting connection problems with ISP Providers
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of stock of ink, toners, and drums
Install training environment (PC, Laptop, Head projectors, cabling…)
