• Manpower Planning and preparation of Job descriptions
• Managing the recruitment process from screening to selection.
• Joining formalities and induction of fresh recruits
• Supervision of administrative works. Such as Security, Transportation and Communication Etc.
• Performance evaluation and review.
• Employee Relation: Get Together, Grievance Handling. Responsible for entire activities of HR and All Administrative activities.
• Making and implementation of HR Manual/ Policy.
• Payroll cum benefits and making of salary
• Statutory works
Compliance of various labour laws at Operations, Attended cases of accident / Illness cases. Liaise with labor Commissioner, enforcement officer (PF), and Handled PF and ESIC matters. Represented company on statutory matters. Coordinating with pressure groups inside or out Side Company.

• Recruitment
• Take care of all HR documents (Joining Documents, Appointment letter, Increment letter, Exit documents, Leave cards and ID Cards.
• Updating all legal licences such as shop & Establishment, Professional Tax registration, PF & ESI.
• Maintaining the policies of Recruitment, Selection, Performance Appraisal, Incentive, Attendance, Timings, Leaves and Employee Benefits.
• Supervision of Security and Transportation.
