Assisting customer for COD, lost BL’s, re export and customer queries on Import Shipments
Responsible for all on site aspects of the logistics, supply chain, and customer delivery operations for Africa trade Prepared Bill of Lading and coordinated closely with the Logistics/ Shipping Company/ Agents/ Transporters for scheduling and bookings shipments to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery Responsible for getting the right products in the right quantities, to the right locations all at the right time and In charge of the day-to-day operations of the transport department.
