Maintain internal and external accounts of the Firm.
Follow up and resolve the complaints arising from the staff.

Handling of imprest money.
Preparation of TA/DA claims.

Arranging Board & Committees Meetings.
Telephone handling & dealing with visitors.
Daily Meetings/ Appointment of Chairman.
Room Reservation in Hotels/ Naval Mess.
Seat Booking in Air Flights, Coordination with Traveling Agent, Ticket Delivery, Air Ticket invoices records, payment position.
Keeping Office equipments in order.
Maintaining office Vehicles and Checking Vehicles log Book.
Any other duty as assigned by Acting Chairman GPIA and Chairman GPA.
