• Manage financial and accounting activities for a company including day to day operations of finance department.
• Maintain accurate financial statements and reports within deadlines requested by the governmental bodies and the company management that are appropriate and in accordance with IFRS.
• Oversee and monitor the financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations.
• Prepare and review all governmental bodies’ reports in a periodic basis and forward the same to compliance department before deadline. ( CBK & CMA )
• Maintain banking relationships, monitor all banking activities of the organizational and ensure bank reconciliation are being done accurately in time.
• Coordinate with other departments and units for necessary financial activities.
• Ensure efficient record keeping that meets the requirements of auditors, governmental bodies and other statutory requirements.
• Monitor and develop reliable financial control systems, financial policies and procedures and ensure cost control.
• Supervise and guide accounts and finance employees.
• Assist budget preparation and coordination with management and managers to accomplish assigned account activities.
• Auditing activities will be assisted as needed.
• Follow up and assist in preparing financial activates and liquidation processes for liquidator.
• Evaluate and recommend areas of enhancement of financial management / ERP software solutions for managing and integrating companies financial, coordinating with support service department.
• Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective solutions.
• Regular expenditure and revenue monitoring, analyzing budget variances.
• Assist and recommend areas of enhancement to existing accounting processes.
• Assist management to prepare financial strategy and coordinate with parties to achieve it.
